The Towers on Market is the vision for revitalizing the former Market Square Arena site on the east side of downtown Indianapolis. The design is contemporary and calls for the creation of a new neighborhood consisting of two mixed-use high rise buildings and two open space public parks. Retail space is planned for the first floor of each of the buildings and floors 6-21 will be made up of a mixture of apartment homes and “for sale” condominiums making a total of 420 residential units. The design intent for The Towers on Market is to align multiple uses within individual buildings to provide a place to reside and shop, in an attractive, functional, all encompassing urban atmosphere.
